Order Processing
At NOVELANE, many of our products are made to order. Each item is prepared for production after your order is placed.
Production times vary by product and fulfillment partner. Production time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently offer shipping within the United States.
Estimated shipping transit times for eligible Printify orders are:
Economy Shipping: Approximately 6–13 business days
Standard Shipping: Approximately 5–10 business days
These estimates generally begin after production is completed and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Actual shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping on Orders $70+
NOVELANE offers free eligible standard or economy shipping on qualifying orders of $70 or more, before taxes, within the United States.
This offer applies when the free shipping promotion is available at checkout. Expedited shipping may not qualify.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages because items can be produced and shipped by different fulfillment partners.
Shipping Delays
Delivery times may be affected by production volume, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing your order. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once production or shipping has begun.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
